The Ladies NVL squad train on Thursdays, 7 – 9pm, at the YMCA Kitto Centre, Honicknowle Lane, Plymouth PL5 3NG.
Home matches are played at Coombe Dean School, Charnhill Way, Plymstock PL9 8ES.
Please note there is not an active Men's section of the club at present.
